“Multiple counters and impressively fast service. Even though it’s a busy spot, I was in and out in under 2 minutes for a simple package drop-off. The setup is efficient, well-organized, and customer-friendly. One of the biggest FedEx locations I’ve been to.
The store is located in one of the busiest corners in town, sharing parking with other stores like Kroger and Great Clips, so finding a spot might take a moment during peak hours. Still, the convenience of the location and the speed of service make it worth it.

“I visited this location on December 20th and yes there was a line. If you expect there to not be a line to ship packages during the holidays, you're an idiot. Paul was incredibly helpful and friendly in shipping out my 3 packages. There were a lot of people waiting but he gave me his full attention and made sure that all of my packages were going to fit into the right size boxes. He double checked my addresses and phone numbers and made sure I had all my tracking information before I left. All of the other employees were also working super diligently, either helping other customers or taking phone calls. There was even an employee from a different location helping out. This crew is outstanding and I can sing their praises enough.”

Its not the closest drive there for me & the other fed x's either dont have the printer i use &/or their customer service is rotten. This one really tries and the workers do well on Plymouth Rd, Livonia MI.”

“Pretty good place. No UPS drop, but they do have FedEx. (There's a UPS at Dollar General on Rawsonville Rd.)They once didn't want to service me because I can't wear a mask. Once I explained though, the woman allowed me to drop off the package.I am thankful that they are in the neighborhood. Closer and less busy than the other FedEx drop point in town.”
