It was buy 3 get 2 free and I ended up finding several titles I would’ve spent a fortune to buy on Amazon for around $2 at Once Upon A Child. “I had to visit the Twelve-Oaks Mall H & M this morning, 8-23-25 and was met by an associate who was not very friendly or helpful. I had to ask for a manager and the manager, Viad Zvonov was incredibly friendly, courteous, accommodating and polite. He was a breath of fresh air!
Can you please let him know his efforts have not gone unnoticed and how much he is appreciated please? He should get a raise and/or some accolade for being such a wonderful, professional, friendly employee. He makes you want to come back to the store.”
