“Seriously, such a nice guy! Came in here panicking bc I'm a dumbass and put a new Sim card in all types of crazy into my phone. It was absolutely stuck.
Nash?is?the?goat?. He was so nice and helpful. Helped me figure out how to download my info and safely transfer it over to a new phone. Also helped me break into my old pos phone (already broken) to get the Sim card for my new services out and into a new phone he helped me pick out. He even assisted in getting my old phone working enough so that I could access the apps if needed. Great deal on the phone. Did I mention that I use a different service and he still helped me ?!? I'll be back in 3 months when this service plan I have is done just because Nash was so cool about my dumbass mistake and helpful. I was having such a shit day all around, and it really helped my faith in the universe. Thanks, Nash!”
“Nicole on venoy and palmer is excellent at how she treats me and my family and friends. She's by far the fairest and has a lot of patience with me. She is knowledgeable and has the best prices for all her merchandise. I bought Two phones from her and she showed me how to navigate through the phone and transfered all our info and I had shopped around and Nicole beat all the prices I had gotten from stores surrounding hers. “I took my mom there to find a new phone for her. I felt like we got taken good care of although the man who helped us didn't seem to notice that my mom couldn't hear him. He had a low voice and a deep voice and that's not a good range for an 81 year-old lady.”

They told me my phone number was cancelled and it wasn't. Sue was very nice and professional she transferred all my information found my Gmail onto my new phone that the other store gave me when they could have just gave me a phone with my same number. “I went to pick up an open box 77inch tv today, and realized when I got there that the tv did not have a box. Obviously, there is zero way to ratchet strap a TV to a truck bed when it’s outside of the box, and on top of that, I had an hour drive home.
The manager was able to find some pieces in the back, and they built up a box with styrofoam protection inside for me. Great work by them, because I wouldn’t have taken the TV otherwise. Thank you such much guys for being understanding!”

“First we went to Verizon in Canton Mi. On Michigan ave. We went in and asked can you turn on spell check. The 2 employees didn't know anything about it. So we went to the Verizon in Westland on Warren rd at the Westland mall. We went in asked can you get spell check on her phone. The lady there fixed it in 5 seconds. I would recommend the Verizon in Westland!”
