“I understand appointments can run behind, and that wasn’t my issue. My issue was that I waited over 45 minutes without even being checked in. When I asked for help, I was brushed off while other customers continued to be checked in. Thankfully, Carlos noticed something wasn’t right, immediately took my keys, and had my tire balance finished in about 20 minutes. That tells me the problem wasn’t the wait—it was that I had never been properly checked in. Carlos provided excellent customer service and completely turned the experience around. The salesman offered me 3 options in stock and mounted it immediately while I waited. He even rolled out the old and new tire during the install to the waiting room to show me the differences between the premium option I selected and the poor grade tire that failed.”
