“Wow, talk about a couple of angels! We were driving an RV back home, with our family of 6, when we blew a tire on the highway. It was a Sunday, and there were very few places open and able to help. Desperately, we searched for a place to assist. The only place open on a Sunday was Tuffys in Milford. A very kind and empathetic woman answered the phone, and when we explained our situation, she told us to head their way and they would do what they could to help. Miraculously, we found a spare tire and Nathan was very positive and resourceful in finding a jack for our large RV. He cheerfully got down underneath the RV and wasn’t afraid to get dirty for some complete strangers that he knew from nowhere. Once he changed the one blown out tire he also diagnosed a major leak in the second tire adjacent to the one that had blown. He helped guide us to find another tire store in flint where we could purchase the appropriate replacement since they didn’t have any on hand. He was professional, and selfless. We will always be very grateful for his expertise! It’s so good to be reminded that there are such good people in every corner! Thank you Tuffys!!!”
