“I am writing this review regarding something that did not get fixed rather than something that did get fixed. I brought my daughter's car into the shop due to a loud scraping noise coming from the rear of the car. I assumed it was the rear brakes, and a visual inspection confirmed that the brakes needed to be replaced and should fix the scraping sound. After the brakes were replaced, I received a call from Alex stating that after driving the car, the scraping noise was still present. One of the technicians tried replacing the fluid in the rear axle, and that didn't fix it either. The diagnosis was a bad rear differential, a service that Sovel's does not offer. Alex apologized for not being able to get the issue resolved and included the brake repair for free! What an incredibly kind gesture, to say the least. That was my first visit to Sovel's, but it won't be the last. They now have a client for life. Thank you!”

Norm let us know the same day we dropped it off that he wanted to try his hand at rewiring a lot of the systems before counting it out. He took his time and even drove her over a couple of days to ensure she ran a couple cycles before letting us have it back. The car runs great. Thank you, Norm!”

Whenever my mother's car has had issues or needed scheduled maintenance they ALWAYS take take good care of her. “I’m recently widowed and of course my husband took care of the car maintenance. I stopped in because it was close to where I was and I knew it was overdue. I guarantee you that I will go out of my way to have them take care of my vehicles. So nice, informative and fast on top of it!!!
