“This O'Reilly's has employee's that care. The best. The other night i got a hole in my radiator hose. It was right around there closing time but I needed that part to get back on the road. The Asst. Manager Gary I believe his name is went over and beyond to help me out. The kid that was working along side him you could tell was trained well as he to asked me if I needed help. Before he locked the door for the night he made sure I had everything I needed to get back up and running. Couldn't thank those guys enough. Then about a week ago I can't recall the gentleman's name but he has red hair and glasses. I needed an alternator. At most other auto parts places they throw the box on the counter and ring you up and you leave sometimes to find the part isn't what you needed or isn't the right fit. Not at this O'Reilly's the guy opened the box to double check make sure I was getting the right part. Which again shows they take pride in getting the customer the right part the first time. I will go here first from now on. They all deserve a raise.”
“Totally great customer service. My Jeep didn't start this morning and I had gotten a ride to work. I called them at lunchtime and they gave me a price. By the time I got it started and got up there it was after 430 - closer to ten minutes before they close. They installed my battery and didn't have to. I am very grateful. Thank you.”

“I am leaving a glowing review for this company, even though I didn’t utilize them for repairs. Customer service is just as important as technical service, and they exceeded my expectations in that regard! The screen was shattered/black on my Samsung Galaxy S23, and I called them to see if they were able to do a same-day repair. They didn’t have the part in stock (would have taken 4 days for them to receive it), but they went above and beyond by referring me to a different company that they indicated typically has parts in stock and does good work. They even gave me the phone number and address, since I wasn’t able to do anything but make calls from my phone using Android Auto in my car. The company they referred me to had my new screen on in 1 hour! So again, even though Batteries Plus didn’t do the repair, they get a 5-star rating for being so incredibly helpful. For that, I will think of them for future needs. Thank you!!!”
