“I bought a key fob replacement from an outside company and was given a lot of places where it could be programmed. No one would program my remote unless I bought one from them. I was referred to Batteries Plus (who was not on the list) and was told they could program the remote. The guy who programmed the remote (sorry, I can't remember his name) was helpful and professional and informed me about the process. It took them about 20 minutes to do the job. He phoned when he was finished. The cost, with tax, came to $90 which I gladly paid to have a fully functional remote.”

“Drea is amazing! My husband and I came in to make a purchase, unbeknownst to us we left our key fob in the car, which malfunctioned and locked us out. When Drea noticed she immediately got on her phone and located a locksmith without us even knowing. The locksmith was there in less than 30 minutes. Drea went above and beyond when she didn’t have to. I kept telling her how much of an angel she was and couldn’t stop thanking her. She even turned on the spacer heater behind the counter to help keep me warm while we waited on the locksmith. The other employees (I didn’t get their names) were wonderful as well by making sure I was comfortable and provided me with a chair to sit down. I’m telling you if you want superior service go here, they’re all very kind!”
