“The battery works great! However, it’s disappointing that the store representative couldn’t provide the torque specification for the battery terminal bolts. The star washers that came with the new battery terminal bolts are junk, as they tended to twist the battery terminal\\wire when tightening bolt. The Duracell battery I replaced had good flat washers captured to the bolts. I replaced them with good-quality flat washers instead.”

“Pretty pleased with the service I get here. Love the report they generator for you when they read your check engine code, gives percentage breakdown in what most likely is the problem part. Rewards are decent, get $5 coupon for about every $100 I spend...my rough estimate. Sometimes don't have what I need, not being out of stock but just not carrying it at all.”
