“The manager, Steve, provided excellent customer service. He informed me that what we needed had to be done at a different UPS Store, and he forwarded the requirements to the other store for us. He had our products returned to his store so we could pick up our items where we had dropped them off. He worked with me to make sure that what we needed was what we actually got.
