I’m so glad my doctors office sent me here. I drive from Grosse Pointe to pick up my prescriptions here, and it’s 100% worth it just for the excellent service and care I get. I really can’t say enough great things about this pharmacy!”

“Before I went I checked Google and the store website to see when the meat department opened for over the counter service. They both said 10 am weekdays. So I timed my arrival just before 10, picked up some veggies then proceeded to the meat department 10:07. When I got there the lights were still off but 1 person was behind the counter so I asked him why it wasn't opened. He informed me that they were still preparing the trays and it would be open soon.
I am sorry this is not the way to run a store. I left and went to Matt's for my meat. Won't be going back if you can't depend on them.”

“I have been taking my scripts to another pharmacy for YEARS but after moving to this area, it has been nothing but DRAMA. Finally, after listening to me complain multiple times about my experiences elsewhere, someone told me I should try here. I could NOT believe how quickly they were able to get me taken care of. They processed everything in record time- including what had to be ordered because it wasn't in stock.Mark was able to make suggestions that not only saved me time but money. In today's economy, every little bit helps. In addition, while I had REWARDS, I never really took advantage of them. With his help I was able to maximize on them- meaning I will be much more mindful about coming in and taking advantage of those perks.I know ppl complain of things like higher prices and having to use self-checkout but I totally get that I'm paying for the convenience of not having to wander a larger store when neither time or energy (lol) permit. In addition, outside of the pharmacy they clearly don't have very much staff for the store itself. You see pretty much the same rotation of like 3 faces no matter what time OR day you stop in. In spite of this I've consistently been greeted with smiling & friendly demeanor when I've HAD to request personal help. They honestly go out of their way to answer questions and treat people that walk in the door like old friends. It really is refreshing. Having noticed the staffing issues, I honestly don't mind using the automated checkouts at all- it's sorta the norm EVERYWHERE now.So yes, slightly higher prices, you might need to be a little patient simply because 1 person can't be everywhere at once but when you have them, they give you their all. The fact that they offer rewards and coupon deals really kinda evens it out price wise. All things considered, switching way back when would've saved me a whole bunch of time, stress and unnecessary headaches. The general friendliness and want to help? That's what will keep me coming back.”
“Fast and prompt service, only downside my perception was available for two weeks and didn't receive a call only way I found out was another pharmacy told me they couldn't fill my prescription because this pharmacy had already filled it weeks ago.”

“It's kept as clean and well stocked as a short staffed business can. The restocking people are trying the best they can. But it's a huge place and it's not easy pushing around a pallet mover through customer traffic and putting the product in the shelves in neat order is very hard to do. Try it sometime. Good luck. No I don't work there but I did work in a warehouse which is really what Meijers is only it has registers at the front and allows the public to roam around all day every day.”
