“I don’t normally take the time we should to write reviews, however this was a must! I had the absolute best experience with Mattress Discount 1st class service. I just stopped in didn’t think they would have what I seen online that I wanted. I walked in and it was right there just as posted online. I have been looking all over for the right fit for the space I needed, this was perfect AND Fast delivery, which seems rare these days, literally they delivered when they said they would “within 15 minutes of me leaving the store”. Earl was great and helpful not a pushy sales guy and the 2 guys that delivered it (I feel terrible I forgot their names, they were brothers) they were AWSOME, they even moved some of the stuff I had in the way, “not light” and offered to put it back, very nice guys and informative! They put it all together for me and made sure I was happy with the placement ect. After the year I have had this was such a sigh of relief to have such a great experience. I can’t say enough kind things the overall experience was great! I highly recommend this place! I absolutely love my “Chofa” set and Recliner chair. Very good quality. Good price. Looks amazing in my living room. It is very comfy, sturdy and nice soft touch. What makes the experience even better to me is the excellent customer service from start to finish! I will be back.

Quality is everything, especially when spending my nickels and dimes! Truly was taken back with each piece that caught my eye, classy & sturdy (plus size friendly) that's a rare to find. “Shout out to Cecilia! As soon as we walked into the store she greeted us and guided us toward an absolutely painless purchase process! Utilizing her iPad she gave us all the price options and availability instantaneously. She answered all of our questions and was such a delight. We were able to secure delivery and setup for our purchase at week’s end! The showroom is so spacious, well organized and spotless! One of my favorite perks was they had a free refreshment bar to include ice cream, candy, cookies, coffee, tea and water. It’s a delightful touch to what can be a nerve racking purchase process of big ticket items. I will definitely go in person to Bob’s for my next furniture purchase whereas usually order online.”

Decided to stop in and Cody was our sales guy...Cody was super knowledgable and super helpful,he showed us around and asked what type of bed I liked and a lot of other questions in order to help narrow down exactly what we were looking for. In about 20 minutes he had showed us quite a few beds and we found the one that suited all of what we were looking for. He worked with us to get the best bed we could within our budget and managed to really get us a great deal on an awesome bed. Thanks Cody! Then to our surprize the bed was delivered within 2 days and set up and they removed the old bed! Nice job...highly reccomend Mattress Firm and Cody...the delivery guys were great also,Ray and Sharron were very respectful of our home and us...great job guys! Thank you!!”
