“So far so good. Just transferred my carrier from AT&T which was an enormous bill to Metro PCS which is a fair monthly price. Sal at the counter was helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions and gave me advice if traveling out of country. The transition was seamless and I didn't need to change my phone number. Way more helpful than both Woodhaven and Wyandotte AT&T was in person and on the phone, which is why I switched over. Metro PCS gave me good customer service I expect from a phone company.”

“Charles and his team provided great customer service in making sure time was set up to pick up my online order and then make sure our previous phones ported and transferred data to our new phones as we switched from AT&T. It took some time with my phone but the staff were extra patient and helped answer all of our questions. Update, July 2026. I need to upgrade my 40-year-old Yamaha receiver that I purchased in Okinawa Japan. Thanks to the helpful staff at Best buy, I was able to purchase an incredible Denon 7.2 surround sound system with Martin Logan speakers and two Sonos 10-inch subs. This system sounds incredible! A little bit pricey and they did knock off a couple hundred dollars off the total purchase which was a bonus! I am extremely satisfied with my purchase!”
