They not only helped us purchase a phone, they noticed I wasn't receiving equipment credits on my account, called and fixed many issues with my account and also got me signed up for a better plan at a lower rate. I'm very happy with the service I received and the time they spent helping me and my son get his phone all transferred over and the extensive amount of time fixing problems with my account that I didn't even know existed about the equipment credits. “So far so good. Just transferred my carrier from AT&T which was an enormous bill to Metro PCS which is a fair monthly price. Sal at the counter was helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions and gave me advice if traveling out of country. The transition was seamless and I didn't need to change my phone number. Way more helpful than both Woodhaven and Wyandotte AT&T was in person and on the phone, which is why I switched over. Metro PCS gave me good customer service I expect from a phone company.”

However comma I never activated that phone. I then accidentally dropped and shattered the screen on my originalMotorola phone. So I took the second phone to the Flint store and ask to have my number my original number on the phone that I cracked my Motorola transferred to the one that they sent me in the mail. After the guy at the Fort and Pennsylvania location told me “metros system was down” so he couldn’t give me my transfer pin and account number, I called this location and Darrell said he absolutely could do it as long as I had my ID. He was so helpful and kind from the time I walked in to the time I left.”

“I came in there 4/20/2026 after being lied to about company policy prior. I came in incredibly upset, with zero trust of the company after the way the Taylor staff forced me to fill out a credit application (I'm just an authorized user on the account not account holder), and forced me to add on products just to upgrade my phone. They told me these were company wide practices. Thankfully Woodhaven was a complete turn around. They were educational, kind, communicative, helpful, and patient. They helped sort out the mess and told me to return the products that I was told I had to take by the other store. I would recommend this store to everyone. Thank you guys again for everything ❤️”
