“I drive out of my way to come to this location because Morgan took such good care of me the first time I went. Yesterday I met with James, and he explained everything and was very patient with me. However what really impressed me was how he handled an unruly customer who came in near the end of my visit. No matter how vulgar or smart she got, James handled it with class and again, patience.
