“Absolutely excellent experience...came in with a busted up 3 year old phone...told the gentlemen I wanted the cheapest thing he could do I walked out with a 2025 phone a case and activated for 99 bucks...I'm clueless he could have really did me dirty but he chose not to...highly suggest for any phone needs”

“Absolutely fantastic service.
I dropped my phone and broke the camera this morning. I only had a small window to get a phone after work. I had little to no expectations of actually getting a *phone*, let alone getting the entire experience I got.
Jackie and Maria sat and answered all my questions, even though it was nearing closing time on a Friday night. And before we were finished they had already called another local store (44th and Clyde Park) to have a case and charger set aside since they didn't have one in stock for the phone I chose, and didn't want me taking the risk of breaking another camera. Incredibly thoughtful.
I'll be changing this store to my "home store" and driving across town to come here from here on out.

“Last night Feb 19 2026 my wife and I showed up a bit before closing to get a transfer pin number that had been screwed up by another salesperson years ago... Tanner spent time getting our problem straigtened out even after closing time to make sure we were all set before leaving. Tanner clearly went above and beyond for someone he had never met.
