The following week I took my bike in for a basic tune up, new hydraulic brake pads and rotors.
Test drove bike when I got home. The braking was impeccable and without chatter or noise. The shifting was perfect. I also bought a 11 speed cassette while there.

They've been able to order bike parts they don't stock - specifically Schwalbe winter tires - for the same price I see them online making it easy to support my local bike shop. It's also nice that you can text with them ?”
