“Penny brightened up my day. I had a bad day because my floors were supposed to be installed today, but the installers can proceed because the floor was uneven. I was just here to pick up my air vents and Penny gave me a Kitcat which gave me a break. She also shared about her experience at her kitchen renovation where she had the same problem and she used floor jacks. Small things like this help. Specially if you drove seven hours and had no sleep the previous night. Here’s a photo of happy Penny!”

“I only use TNT. Always prompt on scheduling and ordering or fixing issue. Very honest. My dryer is OLD and yet he keeps it running top notch. Parts he provides last years and i have not had to replace anything he has fixed previously. My dryer will rust out before it becomes inoperational. Hehe”
