“We can't say enough good things about our experience with getting our grill! The grill we wanted was on back order and we didn't know when we would be able to get one in at our local store. We found one at Raleigh's and they agreed to deliver it to us in Rochester the same week. Matt and Maggie were great to work with! Matt made sure that the delivery went smooth and that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Raleigh's Ace Hardware!”

“I needed to buy cattle panels and get them delivered. The website isn't very good and wouldn't let me order, so I called the store. The managers were amazingly helpful and said they could get them delivered to me in only 2 days! They couldn't take payment over the phone so I had to drive in, but it was well worth it. I definitely recommend purchasing from here.”

“Penny brightened up my day. I had a bad day because my floors were supposed to be installed today, but the installers can proceed because the floor was uneven. I was just here to pick up my air vents and Penny gave me a Kitcat which gave me a break. She also shared about her experience at her kitchen renovation where she had the same problem and she used floor jacks. Small things like this help. Specially if you drove seven hours and had no sleep the previous night. Here’s a photo of happy Penny!”
