“Penny brightened up my day. I had a bad day because my floors were supposed to be installed today, but the installers can proceed because the floor was uneven. I was just here to pick up my air vents and Penny gave me a Kitcat which gave me a break. She also shared about her experience at her kitchen renovation where she had the same problem and she used floor jacks. Small things like this help.
