“I recently had an issue with a component that Superior had previously replaced on my vehicle. The initial work was done about 2 months before the issue came up. I brought the vehicle to them and after the first look they did not think that the components had an issue sufficient to warrant being replaced by warranty. However, I asked them to take a second look with attention to a particular rattle. (I had failed to initially mention the rattle.) They did take a second look and they did replace the components under warranty. I was particularly impressed that they could reasonably have declined my request and not been in the wrong. However they went above and beyond and made sure that their repair met with my satisfaction. I'm extremely impressed. They likely have won a customer for life.”

Last time I dropped one off they asked if there were any concerns amongst the techs, and that question was enough to spark the memory of the tires and bearings that we had all been discussing just the week prior and I would have totally forgot to mention anything about it if not for that simple question.”

“My brakes suddenly failed, leaving me unable to stop safely. I pulled over to a secure location away from traffic and discovered brake fluid leaking from underneath my vehicle. I contacted the nearest repair shop, which happened to be Eagle Automotive Services, owned by Sam.

“I pulled the transmission out my 03 GMC 2500HD and took it to Transmission Doctors (2 hour drive) to get repaired. It was well worth it. Jim was great keeping me informed. Larry did a great job fixing it. Its been over a month and it shifts great. I will definitely take my next transmission here to get fixed.

“My car lost all electrical power. Had it towed to Tires Plus. They said they couldn't diagnose the problem. Recommended I take it to a dealer. Never heard of a major service shop that just gives up and says tow it somewhere else. Towed it to Precision Auto. Diagnosed major problems, unfortunately for me. Told me one of the computer parts required was on a national backorder and could take up to 3 months to get in. I was resigned to wait since I had no options. Allan, the service person who was assisting me, called me 2 days later and said he had tracked down my part somewhere in Texas and he would ship it here next day. One day later the job was done and I was back on the road. Allan went above and beyond to solve a serious problem and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service!”
