The age of the employees does not matter here, because every employee you talk to will have the knowledge to help you with whatever you need. They'll even help you compare prices and order parts for you. They've even offered to help me install parts (I didn't need help, but it's nice for people who do!) 10/10 Highly recommend O'Reilly over the other guys! “Bruce and his team are outstanding! I won't buy a battery anywhere else!
I recently had an issue with my car, actually it was an ongoing problem with the computer that persisted for almost four years. Every year, under warranty, they replaced my battery without any questions. My most recent visit, I was in the middle of deeply investigating the problem. Bruce was very helpful, communicating with my service technician and getting to the bottom of the issue.
I recommend Interstate Batteries to everyone.”

“Today was a really treat in customer service, kindness and common cents that is no longer common. I came in wanting to buy wiper blades. There were a few people in front of me no big deal. The line moved fast while still offering customers free installation of the wiper blades they purchased. More impressive in today’s world is that when the phone rang and it did frequently Cedric answered let them know he was helping the people in front of him and with be with them shortly. Which I so appreciated! With knowledge, kindness and efficiency Cedric got the blades I came in for and promptly installed them and disposed of the old one. Thank you! And well done.”
“When I need replacement batteries, I get them from R & D Battery. R & D Battery fully test their offerings before they will sell them. The testing includes long term, in-use testing so the batteries are never rushed into use. Their website is one of the easiest to use to find the correct battery and their customer service is very helpful.”

“Joshua and his colleague were super helpful. I had a 2014 Honda CRV battery swapped. At the end of the swap, some of the connections were not great because it was so corroded (my fault) They took the time to spray it down and hit it with a wire brush, so the connections were good again. From calling ahead of time to make sure the other battery in stock to their 10 minute installation, I was very impressed. They also did not try to upsell me at all.”
