“I found out on Friday. That amazon com bill- that’s the way it came across. I did not purchase anything that and I have ordered before but I’ve never ordered $141.?? Of anything. I don’t remember the last time I was in the red. And shouldn’t be now. But The Weekend I can’t do anything about this problem.

“Had issues with a cash deposit at an CO-OP ATM where my cash deposit had been marked as a check and held. While the CCCU Customer service was unable to help, Tanya was able to quickly and effectively assist me. Tanya immediately recognized that a cash transaction should not have been held, investigated thoroughly, and released the funds to my account. She even was able to reverse an overdraft charge. Thank you Tanya! You are a great example of how every company should treat their customers.”
“I was at your location off of Normandale Blvd today. I had questions about your credit union rewards program. I was lucky to get Leslie again. She was very patient and helpful. I am 73 and not real tech savvy. I had to change my credit card several months ago so I had to change my info because I could not reach the site. Leslie finally figured out what I did by trying to re-registered again. She figured out my mistake and was kind enough to write everything down for me and wished me a good day and thanked me for coming in.
