“I found out on Friday. That amazon com bill- that’s the way it came across. I did not purchase anything that and I have ordered before but I’ve never ordered $141.?? Of anything. I don’t remember the last time I was in the red. And shouldn’t be now. But The Weekend I can’t do anything about this problem.

After numerous phone calls to your health center and help from the staff within, 45 minutes later, she figured it out for me. She never once complained about how long it was taking or that it was past closing time. She is The type of employee you want to have be part of your business and representing you. “I was at your location off of Normandale Blvd today. I had questions about your credit union rewards program. I was lucky to get Leslie again. She was very patient and helpful. I am 73 and not real tech savvy. I had to change my credit card several months ago so I had to change my info because I could not reach the site. Leslie finally figured out what I did by trying to re-registered again. She figured out my mistake and was kind enough to write everything down for me and wished me a good day and thanked me for coming in. While the CCCU Customer service was unable to help, Tanya was able to quickly and effectively assist me. Tanya immediately recognized that a cash transaction should not have been held, investigated thoroughly, and released the funds to my account. She even was able to reverse an overdraft charge.
