“This man should be involved in overseeing ALL customer relations!I came into to purchase a last minute suit because sadly I’ve grown more than my other suits would like. Tyler was so understanding and very excited at the idea of finding something for me instead of leading with “I’m not sure we will be able to”My size in a style I’d like wasn’t available and instead of “see you later” he began to walk me thru the online store showing me what we could get in store in time. He pulled out fabrics and walked into the back to show me what the physical product will show up looking like. Joked with me & gave me input on if he thought certain style would work for this black tie affair. He made what could have been a bad day an elevated experience that had me feeling like I had my own stylist! Thank you for having such amazing staff!”

“The Internet tells me there are only 7 M&M stores in the world. I have now visited 5/7. The store is full of fun products and tasty treats. I really lived the purses made from recycled candy wrappers.”
“This was one of my favorite stores that my friends and I visited while we were at the Mall of America! I found quite a few Winnie the Pooh themed items that I just had to bring home with me. There were also several very cute Lounge Fly mini backpacks that I unfortunately had to leave at the store.”

“My husband and I found Bollywood Glamour as we needed to find specific outfits for a wedding. I was kind of skeptical when we arrived, as the entrance was very plan. We were pleasantly surprised. “I have found so many great pieces this year labels like Peter Millar; Tommy B ; Jonnie O; R. Barrakat, and several more --Such a great store the staff is cool, knowledgeable and helpful . Been going to the Galleria since the 1990s - this is best men's store I ever seen here for real !! I probably spent over900 this season here and I wear everything I bought . And there are 3 other great mens stores in this mall too; but Twill is the tops imo. You will not be disappointed with the inventory and prices are sensible for the high quality brands and from suits to shoes to golf shirts to sweaters , etc Twill has :) PS I may sound like a commercial but I am a real customer and have no ties to mgmt or owners I don't even know anyone's name just will be back to this place again .”
“I recently had the pleasure of visiting the DXL store in Burnsville under somewhat stressful circumstances, as I had left my luggage at home while on a trip. From the moment I walked in, the quality of service provided by the store personnel was nothing short of exemplary.

“I had to share my quick experience with this store. I went here today intending to check out wool blankets, even though they weren't on sale. I also planned to peak at clearance clothing, if there was any. 3 hours later I walked away with $$$$ of stuff for really good deals. The mothers day 30% clothing sale and accessories was going on, but this sale also included a ton of men's wool clothing like wool flannels, wool sweaters, wool hats, wool vests, ect. I wasn't expecting that. As a plus size woman I wear L or XL in men's tops. I walked away with my partial dream wardrobe. 2 vests, 3 board shirts, 3 sweaters, 1 blue westerly sweater, 1 hat. All were 100% wool and were already marked down to begin with, plus I got extra 30% off.Finally, I knew I couldn't afford all the clothing plus queen blankets, which is what I originally came for. However, I had pretty much given up when I discovered the Pioneer loom blankets. Today they had a bunch in stock which I guess normally they struggle to keep them in for long. These are blankets made from yarn remnants. Very primitive design, simple stripes, yet multiple colors used. I was told they are napped, but if they are it is a very tight weave. They are more scratchy, reminds me of old military issue blankets. I got 3 of these remnant blankets in a king size for my queen sized bed for the same price I would have paid for just 1 fancy designed unapped king virgin wool blanket.I highly recommend this store. Watch for sales. Both sales ladies were great. The night shift lady spent the most time with me and went out of her way to answer many style questions about fit, color, how clothing looked on me. She also kept a running tally of my purchases as I found more items so I could keep on tracking with my large budget.Highly recommend!!”

“Finally found a pair of shoes to replace my old discontinued Bostonian's, nay, I would say an upgrade. Love my new shoes, feel great, look grate and holding up well after 2 months! Also price is great, only like $10 more than my old brand but well worth it! Will come back again fo shizzle! Looking forward to buying a pair of the XC4s next time! “This sports apparel store is on the 2nd floor of The Mall of America. They have a large selection of Big 4 merchandise as well as merchandise featuring other sports like MLS, racing, collegiate, and others. They do offer deals and sales on some of the merchandise that I saw in the store as well. It does have some things that other stores like like banners, cups, and other things that may make good gifts for fans of teams.
Why did I deduct a star? As with many other stores of this nature, it is easy to find better deals on this merchandise online. I am not sure if they do any type of price matching but I did not see any signage stating so. Despite this, it is a good sports apparel store and I would visit it if this is merchandise I was in search of.”
“I came into the vans store 10/9 around 2:15 pm the other day looking for a fashionable pair of shoes, I had a lovely sales associate with fiery hair and stellar eyeliner help me out to actually purchase my shoe online! Not only was the shoe on sale in store but she also pointed out that the website was offering an additional 20% off! She gave astonishing customer service and insisted I found the most comfortable size for me before purchasing! she made me feel very confident in my purchase and I left the store very satisfied and happy! No doubt I’ll be back:) thanks girl!”

“Had a difficult time dealing with a new associate today. I really appreciated the way the other 2 associates handled the situation on top of trying to deal with a group of 4 girls trying to steal. AE is definitely my very favorite clothing store. I know so much about the store that I could probably work there. I ran out of jeans to buy in my size and literally started buying the men's jeans also lol! The Next level stretch line is my favorite cuz overall the jeans are always cute, sizing is spot on & the price point works for my budget. They also offer the "Dream Jean" line which are extra super comfortable but the higher price point sometimes stops me from getting them.”
