“This is my regular pharmacy. I stopped giving another well-known pharmacy (rhymes with wall beans) my business when, after 6+ months of patronage, they couldn't manage to have, even once, my insulin in stock at regular 4 week intervals. Were they expecting me to suddenly be cured of Type 1 & no longer need it? Someone please tell me if that's a thing. I digress; most of the staff at Fairview Pharmacy - Rosemount knows me by name as they tend to stay long-term. I feel not only valued there, but like an actual individual. Also, they have always had my regular meds available on schedule. On the occasions when they haven't had a new/temporary med available, they have contacted pharmacies outside of Fairview to locate it for me. If you're in the Rosemount area, I highly recommend this pharmacy.”

No pharmacy is perfect we have learned that, but they have helped us navigate prescriptions and are always available to answer questions. When our family member passed we received a personalized sympathy card signed by staff, that showed they do go above and beyond.”

She was very helpful in getting me the best price and the correct medicine. With in a few hours I was able to pick my medicine up at the Walgreens in the town I was in. “I go to Walgreens at least once a week, the pharmacy at Rosemount is a headache, I moved from Florida to Minnesota and I had never experienced before the pharmacy being close for a day or days due to not having a pharmacist, I never knew that could be possible. When you go to the drive thru most of them are in a bad mood, or stressed which I don’t like to judge people because you never know what they might be going through but I’m getting tired of those long faces almost every time I go.
Now when you go inside the store is a totally different story, there is a manager named Lenon, he is such a nice, awesome and super polite guy. If you ever have a difficult time with a product or anything ask for him, he will solve your problem in less than 3 minutes, he will always treat you with courtesy and respect, if you get a chance to get his help make sure to pay back his kindness with kindness, we always have time to say or write negative things but very rarely say positive or appreciative things. Lenon if you ever read this, I appreciate your hard work and thank you for being so nice and making people feel special.”
