“When I walked through the front doors, I was met by a young man with an absolutely gorgeous smile and he said welcome. How may I help you?
He had a glow on his face that shined and made me feel so comfortable to purchase shoes from this establishment
I want to say that this was one of the only times I’ve ever been to a shoe store wants to actually payed attention to and was never given an attitude while I was changing my mind on different shoes
I now know why he is the manager of the store. The ownership of this store should be very proud of him and I will always go back.
Thank you so much”
“Love this boutique!!! I can always find a new favorite every time I visit. The stylists are fabulous and provide pieces that I would never pick myself. So many fun things, a must visit!❤️”
“Great customer service, polite and kind made my return easy and very informative on the benefits to having a Famous Footwear card, definitely will apply in the future. Thank you so much for a great experience!”
“The two ladies holding the store down were incredibly helpful. I must of had 5 or 6 pairs of shoes brought out to me and only liking 1 pair. Just as I walked in there a was a customer upset about something and was unbelievably rude to one of the female employees. She dealt with it like a CHAMP! Lol for real tho! Applause ? to her. They should have some more security in there for the women. I can imagine this was not the employees first run in with a disgruntled idiot :) thanks yall!”
“I really don’t like driving to far places like Mall of America and the Northtown mall is a place I go to a lot. I’m really glad this have this sneaker store here now with the shoes that I really want, bought the shoes on Sunday and I love them. Really happy this store is near me.”
“I was a vender at this event and it was amazing! There was a DJ and live entertainment as well as refreshments and a Turkey give away. Everything ran smoothly and Brittney the host kept checking on everyone to make sure the where doing good. Definitely an event not to have missed…”
