“Needed to get my boots repaired for work per my manager before I could continue working due to company policy as my BOA lace assembly had broken the cable. The staff initially requested a full day which I didn’t have. They understood and said give them a chance to look and if they can they’ll try to have it done in an hour (this can depend on how busy is the store and also I learned it’s because some boots are so full of debris that it can take a while to clean them before they can get the new wires installed. Fortunately mine were clean though overall and within about 20 minutes it was fixed! Thanks for not trying to force me to leave the boots as I couldn’t do that and for ultimately trying to take care of the customer and providing top notch service! Absolutely recommend not only their products but their customer service as well!”
“I'm truly amazed how they took my 4 year old worn and broken black dress shoes and made them better than new. Then, on top of all that, I don't have to get a new pair that will probably hurt my feet for a month while I break them in be mine. Better result, cost less than a new pair, and is earth friendly (not throwing shoes away). I wish I knew this possibility sooner.”
“I have been dealing with heel pain in my right foot. I read that Vionic shoes offer great support for all kinds of foot condtions. I was greeted by Alan and he was knowledgeable about all the shoes they carry. He brought out a few different shoes that would offer support for my feet and help with the pain. He also suggested Haflinger clogs for at home. I ended up purchasing these and a pair of Vionics. I just love both and the clogs are so comfy and support my feet on the wood floors. Can I just say wow! After one day of wearing these shoes I am doing so much better and the pain is almost gone! I highly recommend this store to anyone dealing with foot pain. A knowledgeable store that knows feet and shoes! Thank you so much and I will be a returning customer!”

“I had a great experience today! I needed a dress for my son's graduation ceremony and the owner was so helpful. She brought me 7 or 8 dresses to try and was very thoughtful about her selections.
I bought 2 dresses and a necklace and will be back for more purchases.
They even have a rewards program. As well as a salon at the back of the store.”

I want to say that this was one of the only times I’ve ever been to a shoe store wants to actually payed attention to and was never given an attitude while I was changing my mind on different shoes

“Friendly and accommodating staff in the Rosedale Center location. Bought some Parker Monogram mugs and I asked if they have individual boxes to put them in but there was none. A female staff on the floor told me I shouldn’t worry because they have good packing paper for them. Elle at the cash register then individually wrapped, taped and put them in separate small bags. What patience and superb customer service! I love it!”
“I had an issue with a pair of shoes I purchased in FL and di not have my receipt upon my return home. I found out that most Vans stores history is not linked and they can not look it up for me, HOWEVER, Tyler and Dominic at Vans - Rosedale Center were willing to take care of me anyway. IN fact, they were so helpful in getting that pair exchanged, I ended up buying 4 more pairs. It was a great experience and I can't wait to work with them again. Thank you guys.”

“I had got sized for a new bra over the weekend, and after wearing the bra's they were really uncomfortable, So I called the store and with no hesitation I was told to bring the bra's back in, well I did yesterday, and I wanted to express how helpful Megan was she had about 10 minutes left to work but she didn't leave till I was correctly sized right ,and found the perfect bra's!! I wanted to say thank you Megan!!!”
“The two ladies holding the store down were incredibly helpful. I must of had 5 or 6 pairs of shoes brought out to me and only liking 1 pair. Just as I walked in there a was a customer upset about something and was unbelievably rude to one of the female employees. She dealt with it like a CHAMP! Lol for real tho! Applause ? to her. They should have some more security in there for the women. I can imagine this was not the employees first run in with a disgruntled idiot :) thanks yall!”

“Nice clean and quiet place. Music noise isn't to loud and makes the place fun to browse had a lot of variety.They have all seasons of footwear, from dressy to still winter boots. Men & womens and kids shoes. They got it all.They also have fun purses for the night out or just casual ones. Plenty of socks on sale and even sole padding for heals and regular shoes.”

“You can always get a good deal at Famous Footwear. My youngest son just went through a huge growth spurt, foot-wise. He jumped almost two and a half sizes without us knowing, somehow.So I got him two size 9 and 1/2s. A pair of New Balance sneakers, and a pair of Adidas slides. Made out like a bandit.. 65 bucks.”

She recommended different styles and helped me find pieces that were practical and versatile, but was never pushy or pressured me into buying anything that I wasn’t completely happy with.
