“My 25 year old Cole Haan loafers needed the soles replaced, and I was not ready to give the shoes up yet. In spite of a botched attempt some years back by another shop to properly replace the soles, George's staff was able to make them just like the day I bought them. These guys are true craftsmen.”

He went over the process of the insoles and definitely sold me on that product as well. He even explained the overall quality of the belt and had helped me select the right one for me. He is very smart and a great fit specialist! Red wing should give that man a raise!”

He measured my husbands foot and he went back into the clearance section and found 2 pairs of tennis shoes that would work for his neuropathy. I even found 2 pairs of Brooks myself. “The actual best place to buy boots, work or otherwise. The ONLY place in MN that carries Thorogood boots in MN that I could find that had a variety in stock. Fastest customer service ever I was in an out of the store faster than I could lace up the boots. If it’s not American made or union made its just a pice of &!@8)@ made by slaves!”
“Friendly and accommodating staff in the Rosedale Center location. Bought some Parker Monogram mugs and I asked if they have individual boxes to put them in but there was none. A female staff on the floor told me I shouldn’t worry because they have good packing paper for them. Elle at the cash register then individually wrapped, taped and put them in separate small bags. What patience and superb customer service! I love it!”

“The lady working at the Vans store was so warm and welcoming! I went in to return a pair of shoes today and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in a retail store in a long time. I didn’t catch her name, but she just seemed like a genuinely nice and friendly person - no fake, pretentious vibe that I can easily get at a store like Athletica. It’s been a while since someone’s demeanor at a store actually made me super comfortable and want to buy something before I left.”

“I went to J. Jill looking for some new work clothes and Jeanine was incredibly helpful. She recommended different styles and helped me find pieces that were practical and versatile, but was never pushy or pressured me into buying anything that I wasn’t completely happy with. She encouraged me to try some things on that I wouldn’t have otherwise considered and I’m so glad I did! “Had to get a cowboy hat last minute before my wedding went and seen Jeffery at the Boot Barn he was so helpful helped me pick out the right style hat that fit my face lines perfectly it was my first time purchasing a cowboy hat and didn’t know anything about taking care of them he gave me some tips on how to take care of them and even got a hat box to keep it safe in 10/10 I would recommend go in check them out they more then likely have what you need 🫶🫶🫶 I will definitely be back🤝”
