“The two ladies holding the store down were incredibly helpful. I must of had 5 or 6 pairs of shoes brought out to me and only liking 1 pair. Just as I walked in there a was a customer upset about something and was unbelievably rude to one of the female employees. She dealt with it like a CHAMP! Lol for real tho! Applause ? to her. They should have some more security in there for the women. I can imagine this was not the employees first run in with a disgruntled idiot :) thanks yall!”
“The sales girl here on 1/10 was top notch. This was my third store in the mall and the service at Journeys was superior to all of the other stores. I don’t typically shop at this store but I will in the future based on the service and the quality of the shoe I was sold. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and sold me a great pair of new balance running shoes that fit my son perfectly and he wasn’t even in the store with me. That’s skill and shoe knowledge!”

“How do I even start! Before coming to Amanda with my weft hair extensions and blonde hair… I honestly had super bad anxiety going to hair salons and spending a lot of money on hair and the service to not receive what I had ask for.. so I would end up color and or bleaching my own hair and messing it up and just overall a mess.Amanda honestly does everything I ask and she makes time for me and stays later I could not ask for a better “hair therapist” while my hair is processing I get to shop in her boutique!”
