During a visit to the store on 08/24 at 5pm, I observed a lack of management presence. The sales floor had boxes from shipments, and 4 staff members were chatting at the fitting room while 5 customers waited.

The blonde girl that works at Abercrombie was very rude and had horrible customer service skills, when I tried to laugh something off she looked at her co worker all annoyed. Very disrespectful human

Workers are a bit rude. Pretty limited stock. This store doesn't follow online sales so I unknowingly spent $100 more in-person than I could've.
