“United Bankers' Bank is primarily a "bank for banks". While they do offer some other products directly to consumers, these are generally on behalf of community banks. UBB's staff has always provided excellent customer service to me, both personally and professionally. They are a tremendous asset to any community bank.”

“I was at your location off of Normandale Blvd today. I had questions about your credit union rewards program. I was lucky to get Leslie again. She was very patient and helpful. I am 73 and not real tech savvy. I had to change my credit card several months ago so I had to change my info because I could not reach the site. “5 star service at the counter, and I even recommend doing a home mortgage through this branch. I was able to get $500 toward my closing costs for opening an account here. You can even use Paula from Midland Title next door to the bank inside for cheaper closing costs.”
