“TJ Maxx provided a solid shopping experience. The customer service was friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The store’s presentation was decent, though it could use some improvement. The selection was fully stocked, offering a wide range of items. The atmosphere was fair, and checking out was speedy with employees readily available to assist. Pricing was as expected, providing reasonable value for what’s offered.

“It’s a decent Nordstrom’s with 3 floors of shopping space. There are even bathrooms. Men’s on floor 1 at the back and floor 3 on the front has a lady’s bathroom.”

“One of my favorite locations in Minnesota. My grandkids and I, had a great time shopping. They had a great sale on shorts at $3.00 a pair for little girls but, of course, they wanted cuter outfits and they got em. Lol We stopped for pjs and shorts but came out with Pjs, shorts, cute shirts, a couple of cute dresses and smart watches I'm definitely that grandma LOL I like the wide isles and not having to squeeze between things with a shopping kart. I did notice that, they had no employees in any of the departments where we roamed, and that they only had cashiers in place. I'm grateful for the human cashiers because, so many stores are getting rid of employees and switching to self checkout which is horrible! Where's my W2? This is a great location with plenty of parking. Of course I'll stop and shop here again whenever I'm back... this is my spawtttt!!!”
“The store is small but I love SAs in this particular location! They are so welcoming and VERY helpful. They don’t mind showing you different style/colors so you will be 100% happy ? I was just gonna purchase small wallet but ended up buying a purse also.”
“I just checked out with Allan. He was so rude. Didn't say hi. Didn't tell me my total. I paid with cash and he just stood there. I had to tell him I was using cash. No thank you no have a nice day. How do people get hired and have no customer service skills!??? I'm not happy. Saw many employees and not one person said hi. This target is just getting worse and worse!!”

Pros - everything is their at a good cost, good food fresh and frozen, and can go there one time get everything from A-Z for the month from food to socks
New 2/25 seems to be more employees that will acknowledge me just walking by thats a good change. Did not expect employees to know where thing were but did...”
