“I was there to help a friend out who bought some office items but of course my friend forgot to put the dang receipt in the bag. The staff was not able to return all of the items due to store policy however they did return a substantial amount of items. That made my trip worth the effort. They covered my mistake (by not making sure the receipt was there) and for that I am grateful. I hate wasting my time. So bravo to the staff for their efficiency and tact.”

Jen at the Target Optical absolutely made all that behind the scenes research unnecessary. Jen has been working there for 5 years so her encyclopedic knowledge was vast. Without an ounce of pressure we discussed options. Having brought in my own designer frames was one of the reasons I chose Target. They have a policy on this allows, so all I needed was to get the correct details of the lens. They do have to send my frames out, so I was given a 14-21 day time frame. Also, I was given warning that the frames could get lost in the mail or cracked, but this I HOPE was just to cover a possible legal battle should this occur. Once Jen calls me, hopefully within the 14 days period I will write a second review. Thank you, Judith PS I kept the star rating to 4 until my new glasses arrive.”

“I'm a regular at this store... Always has best produce and always arranged as neatly as possible.. This a Super Target... the store is huge... their drive through and pick up service is always fast... Have a huge parking lot... They do have multi cultural grocery options available..”
