The staff is knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and great with kids, taking music requests and dancing with customers. They provide one of the best customer experiences, helping guests find the perfect squishables and making transactions fun. The whole vibe of the store is refreshing, with employees who are very nice and truly people persons.

We had the best time at this store! Raven and L were SO great with my kids. 😊 They took music requests, danced with us and helped us find the perfect squishables. One of the best costumer experiences I’ve had with my kids! Thanks for making our time so special!
