Toy Stores in Bloomington, MN

“My mom gave my son a gift card here for his 2nd birthday & MAC was very patient with us as we went through building our car with our little 2 year old. He went over everything thoroughly and took his time with letting us know our options and pricing if we wanted to up-charge anything. I forgot to grab the other lady name that was working that day with him, but she was very nice and helpful as well. And she was also very warming and making my son feel comfortable.”

“Of course my family and I had to stop at the LEGO store during our visit to the Mall of America! My 5yo son picked out a build-your-own minifig set and we loved the giant Lego displays above the store; the helicopter and Gundam are especially incredible! You can buy pretty much any themed Lego set here, including Star Wars, Harry Potter, Back to the Future, Lord of the Rings and way more. They also have a free play area where kids can tinker. A MUST visit for anyone ages 8-88!”

“Every time I enter this store I always joke to myself that this store sucks the money right out of my wallet. I think I may be their most sellable customer because I only come in looking for one or two items and come out with four or five. Impeccable service by everyone in the staff, they need to be given raises ASAP. I’ve been there even on their slowest of days and the employee working at the counter has always been kind, friendly, and helps me find what I need with ease. I do wish there was a rewards program I could sign up for to collect points, but it’s all okay that I can’t.

Some employee names off the top of my head that I’ve had incredible positive interactions with are Vick and L, however today I was helped by a younger woman with dark brown hair and an older gentlemen with glasses, and their service was also amazing. Very warm and friendly, even when things got busy. Exceptional team here. Thank you all for encouraging my bug plushie collecting :)”

“Games by James is legit. These days, I find myself struggling to coordinate the people and time to play games like I used to. But in this store, I was inspired.

Time will tell if it comes to fruition, but seeing a collection that is passionate, complete, and inviting reminds me of how much fun it is to be into board games.

They've got staples: party games, dice games, card games, classics. But where they really shine are the local games and modern board games. They have something for everyone, from simple to learn ones to games that become all day events.

And that's the fun of games: someone has made a game for your exact taste. And the guys working in here know how to help you find it.”

“Now in a new and much bigger store, this spot feels like a toy-and-game galaxy calling every wandering Padawan inside. Shelves stretch from floor to ceiling, loaded with puzzles, party games, strategy epics, fidgets, flying discs, and every curiosity you can imagine. A Jedi could lose an entire hyperspace cycle exploring all the colors, textures, and clever designs here.

A bright, inviting layout makes browsing easy, and the massive selection ensures there’s something for every age, every mood, and every mission. If your quest involves finding a unique gift, a new family game night favorite, or just a bit of playful whimsy, the Force is definitely strong in this expanded space.”

“We stopped by Build A Bear to get my daughter’s birthday bear. We had so much fun and loved talking to the employee who helped us stuff the bear! We added on the Mall of America shirt to commemorate our trip. It was a great way to celebrate her birthday and create a keepsake.”

“That great customer service and the employees were very compelling and this GameStop is one of the best in Minnesota. I’ll say like top five it was just so peak. ????❤️”
