“Attending a recent conference in Minneapolis, I brought in some expensive watches that I had just purchased to ship out from the Hilton UPS store to a family member in another state. A young woman named May was working the counter and was so helpful - she packaged them up for me. A few days later I still had not gotten a notice that the package had been shipped; I had already flown home to Tennessee but I called the store and talked with May, who said it was possible they had not yet been picked up. She called on Monday and left a VM saying she went downstairs, found my package, and made sure it was put on the truck for shipment. Over and above, thank you, May! I appreciate the gracious and outstanding service she provided. @ UPS, she is a great asset to your team.”

“During the Holiday Season this is the place to go! The Staff is kind and incredibly helpful. The store owner, Jim, went above and beyond to help us save on packaging and shipping (make sure you use your AAA discount!) But what really warmed my heart was when I was having issues with my key fob. My car wouldn't unlock. He graciously offered to take me and my friend to to get a new battery for my key fob. He soothed the frustration with sweet stories and said: "It's an adventure day!". And he was right, with a little kindness from a stranger, he changed a terrible situation into a little adventure. You changed my perspective and brought some warmth on a cold Minneapolis afternoon. Thank you for your kindness!”
