“Recently purchased a used vehicle for my son. Noticed an issue with driverside door closing, but not sealing/aligning all the way. Went for an estimate to see what is wrong and the cost. Ferris checked out my car and after some review, he thought a simple adjustment to the latch could do the trick. Sure enough a quick 10 minute adjustment and there was noticeable difference. Ferris did advise that if I noticed the air sound as before it may be the seal. I was in and out with in 15 minutes and a plan moving forward. Ferris was kind enough to do the adjustment free of charge. Lucky for me the small adjustment worked and I rode home in silence! Thank you Ferris and Superior, you've earned a customer for life!”

“Updated from my previous review notes- I just got home from picking up my vehicle and I am very impressed after looking over the updates and work that was completed this week. I dropped my vehicle off Monday morning and the entire process felt smooth and easy. Communication was clear and each step was detailed and explained well. I want to shout out Eric for being very professional and giving superb service. He shows pride in his work and goes above and beyond in everything he does.
Truthfully, I brought my vehicle in weeks prior and had a rough experience with communication and insurance issues that were quite frustrating. “Incredibly honest and considerate business. Shout out to Ramin specifically, I brought my car to repair a broken mirror and his attention to detail identified an oil leak that almost spelled the death of my car, which I and my friends rely on. He referred me to a mechanic that he trusts who also took very good care of my car. Ramin and/or his crew also fixed an annoying looseness in my side mirror that I was more than willing to just deal with, AND Ramin came with me to my car to make sure the mirror’s angle was to my liking before I departed.
The people here are doing amazing work for an incredibly fair price. If you have issues with them, I recommend trying introspection first. As long as I am in Minnesota and need body repairs on my car, I am coming to Oscar Auto Body.”

“Quality Care Tire and Auto is an incredibly honest and reliable company! I have gone here for several things: oil change, tire rotation, needing work such as new battery, new tires, new spark plugs, etc. staff have always been honest when it comes to the work that needs to be done and they give honest pricing. My most recent visit, my muffler cracked and was dragging. They got my car in right away and assessed the issue. They gave me two prices, one that they could get done right away and another one if I could wait a few days, they could get a lower price. I appreciate how honest, reliable, and detailed Quality Care Tire and Auto is!

By noon on Saturday, they already took a look at the car, diagnosed it, and told me that no major issues were found and to come pick the car up. Didn’t try to Oversell. “Friday the 13th had red battery light flashing on 2012 Honda. Replaced battery Saturday but still flashing. Called Rob's Tuesday, got appointment for Thursday AM. Brought in by 8:30, got the diagnosis of alternator not working. Since I had it replaced before at Rob's but past warranty, they covered the cost of new one, I did pay for labor. Appreciate that it was done by 1:00 and got my car back on the road. Highly recommend.”
