I absolutely had the best experience with the manager Patricia. She was extremely helpful and very very kind. She was able to help myself and my sister find my back up wedding dress and the bridesmaids dresses. I would go back any day if she was working. They should give her a raise with how good her costumer service was!!!

It is a horror to try on dresses and the worst part is there's a non-refundale for all long dresses. But, the dresses are absolutely gorgeous

Great stuff, but the customer service is really bad. Most of the staff are very nasty. The website has a better service and I was to the one in DC and was better
