“My experience with V&P Medical has been amazing. Talking to and going to other medical supply stores, I was often met with people who acted like they did not want my business or that I was a nuisance. Unfriendly, sometimes unprofessional, and often seeming like they did not want to help. V&P is the complete opposite. I was able to explain what was going on and what I was looking for help with and they made really helpful recommendations. Super friendly, kind, professional people. I felt important as their customer, which you don't always get these days. I drove from Minnetonka to pick up my supplies and will happily do so in the future. This is a business worth supporting and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family in need of home medical equipment. Thank you!”

“There was an error someplace about what day and time I was to be there. I went on Thursday and the lady at the desk said I was supposed to be there on Wednesday. I showed her the text affirming it was to be today. Then Kristen said I was scheduled for Tuesday. I know the person who scheduled over the phone had many difficulties. I hear it is a new system. But they got me in!”

“My mom has had a wonderful experience and she loved her machine. She just started using it and it helps her a lot; she feels relief. Her arm literally shrinks and she says she feels lighter. She is extremely happy and would definitely recommend it. Additionally, she tells me that she relaxes when she’s using the machine. ?”

“Unloaded in 30 minutes. Over night parking. When you parked ( backed in) driver entrance is about 25 yards to your left facing the building. They stop unloading at 8am. I was late but barely made the check in, thought I set my alarm clock. Was going to try to check in at 1am, not sure why I didn't get in driver entrance door at 2am appointment. Guess God woke me up to make check in. You can't read the driver entrance door sign at night. Was easy to spot in the morning light. Steps to get in. Great place. Lot of deer in the area at dusk moving”

“Eli was very nice, friendly & knowledgeable. All the parts came in, which used to be a problem in the past. He fixed my wheelchair & fixed a few things thst weren’t on the work order. They cleaned up after they were done. Definitely recommend if you need your wheelchair fixed”

“I have been wearing them to bed for at least a few times and they have proven to be the best I have ever worn. I believe these must be the ones my local hospital supplies because they kept telling me I can keep wearing them after I went in them. I thought they were nuts, but they were right! I still prefer not to wear them after I have went in them, but it's great to know my bed will not get wet and neither will my floors!!! Now I can put throw rugs back in my bathroom! Thank you!!!”

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Every time I go here, they always provide great service. If they don't have the item I'm looking for, they order it offline for me. They open/close the time they say do, and a month ago the Manager John himself came to deliver my nieces Breast Pump after work hours. What a great business. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!”
