“I had planned on spending the day today traveling the cities to look for a Mother of the Groom dress today. Yuck! So my first stop was here since it’s close to the house. Well, picked out a beautiful dress, but didn’t quite fit but the woman helping me ended up bringing me another dress. Honestly at first I was thinking..um no. But being polite, I tried it on. And guess what? I fell in love with the dress!! Who knew?!?! All of the ladies there are amazing! The women who tailor are very talented and absolutely know what they are doing!!! Thank you for everything ladies!!!”

Patrick was very patient and was able to help me with the scanner thing and figured out ive been wrong size for years!!
After a few days though something was off, and had a massive blister. Did the scan thing again with Marcus and figured out that the right heel was just a fraction smaller than left and tried a half size smaller and it fit perfectly! I thought I would have to pay to swap them, he swapped them free of charge!
That was over a month ago and now they are broken in and fit perfectly and are great for work and about town!

“Foot reconstruction, podiatrists, orthotics, orthotic shoes, etc., etc. have given some temporary relief but every step was still painful, especially on my right foot. Many years ago someone said it might be loss of my fat pad, but nobody had a solution. I decided to give Peterson Shoes a chance even though what I had assumed to be high prices kept me away. The amazing Dawn looked at my foot and without me saying anything she said- What you need is a rocker sole to minimize the pain from not having a fat pad. A couple of minutes later she came back with a Brook shoe and said to give it a try. I was a little sceptical but from the first step knew that she had found just what I needed.
I am so grateful for Dawn's expertise and determination in finding just the right solution to minimize the main contributor to my foot pain. You should at least give them a try.

“First time visiting here, really great experience. Got greeted upon entering and shown a quick rundown of the store. Fantastic selection of brands and styles. They had a no cost machine to get all my feet details.
The best part of my experience was Matt B, super friendly customer service, explained options, was understanding, and helped me try and swap between many pairs of shoes and types. Upon settling on a type we found it was unfortunately not carried by them and he was super friendly about it even though he loses out on commission. Thanks Matt for a great experience and finding shoes that work for me! Will be back in the future.”

“I had a great experience today! I needed a dress for my son's graduation ceremony and the owner was so helpful. She brought me 7 or 8 dresses to try and was very thoughtful about her selections.
I bought 2 dresses and a necklace and will be back for more purchases.
They even have a rewards program. As well as a salon at the back of the store.”

He listened to what I needed, then walked through different options in a supportive and not pushy way. I brought pictures of clothes/shoes I had at home which was helpful for him to see what could be paired with the new clothes I bought. Overall it was a great experience thanks to Daemon, I highly recommend shopping there vs. stores at the mall as they have better service, better clothing, and a relaxed atmosphere.”

“I wanted to give a big shout out to customer service for Minnetonka. My order of knee high boots came with a small defect and I filed for some support. My concern was handled literally the next business day in the morning. Not only was it handled, it handled in a great way. Shout out to Colin, especially, who was communicative and gave a host of options to address my concerns. I also got discounts for future shopping. With that said, the boots are also amazing. “Sadly I didn't even know this store was here! My son came in from WA and asked if we had a Skechers Warehouse nearby. A large store with a great assortment of shoes and I was impressed to see some 14's in most of the walking shoes I was looking for. I had three different salespersons ask me if I needed help. I did buy a pair as well as my son and a pair for my granddaughter. We ended up coming back to exchange the pair for my granddaughter and bought two for just $5 more after the exchange. Great help at checkout with the exchange.”
