“Really great set of guys here, I got a flat on a real cold day and was able to get a spare on and bring the tire to them. They were able to squeeze me in quick to get me back on the road, fixed my tire and the leak that caused the flat in a matter of hours of me showing up. Cannot thank these guys enough for their help. They did a quick inspection on the car too and told me about a few things I should replace eventually but didnt pressure me into any repairs at all which I appreciate. “Still a favorite and the only one I visit for my Volkswagen needs. In fact this dealership is so wonderful that it has convinced me to be a Volkswagen owner for life! As I mentioned before I bought my most recent Volkswagen here, which runs like a charm. They got me a really great loan for my purchase which I already got paid off after 4 years! Can't wait to purchase my next Volkswagen again here! I've attached photos from my visit today. I got a free oil change today (you get a free one after 6 visits!) . And the wait is so pleasant. The waiting area even though we are in Pandemic times, the lobby is still has well thought out goodies, single pack snacked and a single drink coffee maker, and a fridge of bottled water. Free wi-fi, chairs with attached tables, and TV to enjoy during your wait. Oh, and a work room if you need privacy while you work. How awesome is that?”

“Came in because Valvoline refused to flush my transmission due to a “leak.” Owner could have told me anything but he was honest and found a damaged O ring on my oil filter that could have caused major engine damage and even gave me a replacement filter for free. Amazing service”

“Even though my appt was at 4 they couldn’t find me. After working my name and giving them my phone number at least 3 times, the lip smacking, buffalo sauce fingers, Popeyes chicken eating at her desk lady finally found me in the system. After 10 minutes she realized she added an “a” in my name. Not off to a great start. While waiting for my car the lady upfront ripped ass so loud I actually jumped a bit in the other room. I mean the shop door is literally 6’ away and it’s not like this earthquake of a gas pocket snuck up on you. Just walk out to the shop next time. Also if you can’t remember the answers to the questions you have asked for the 3rd,4th, and 5th time maybe write them down so we don’t have to repeat ourselves so many times
The car was brought in very quickly and didn’t take that long at all. I was pleasantly surprised when they said it was done. I paid the bill, which imo was very cheaply priced! To say the least this put a smile in my face. I did stand outside for 5 minutes before my car came out. The oil life % wasn’t reset and I couldn’t figure out how to do it myself even with 3 YouTube videos.”

“I will still recommend and give a good rating to them for their excellent service as a team. The Tech Eric did great with my vehicle and his video was very clear to point out the areas that needed further work. I'm very disappointed in the Service Department's rep Bill for his lack of communication. I've never had any issue at any of the Luther's I've used with contacting me for any repairs noted by the Tech. This was the very first time I've ever had a dealership fail to attempt to sell needed repairs and frustrating after having my vehicle there for 2 weeks to need to return it for additional repairs I wasn't contacted about. It was clearly in the vehicle inspection report but the need to reschedule this when it could have been handled way in advance when the vehicle was already disassembled. Jason and Steve were very helpful in getting this resolved.”

“I have a 20 yo crossfire so it’s not the typical repair. Parts are frequently hard to find. Well, there initially was some confusion and difficulty, Brian, the parts manager, stepped in to resolve the situation in less than a week and completely bent over backwards to turn this situation into an experience, the likes of which I have never had in my life with cars. This business is pretty competitive and feedback apparently can make a break dealerships, but the length Brian went to completely overwhelmed me. It is Exceedingly rare that I offer feedback, because I expect customer service to be part of the experience, usually it only reflects extreme experiences. but Brian was absolutely amazing! And Brian, if you read this, I can’t thank you enough, your humility and willingness to take personal responsibility was so incredibly overwhelming. Thank you.”
