“Originally scheduled a stained glass class but had the wrong date. They were SO helpful, and so understanding and helped me reschedule without an extra cost, which was so kind of them! The class itself was so informative and fun. Our instructor Sarah was incredibly helpful and made the experience a great one. Loved every minute of the class and will definitely be coming back! Would recommend the class to anyone!”

“Excellent art community. We have now taken 4 homeschool art classes here. The artists are friendly and kind and my child has learned a lot.
They are currently learning ceramics.”
“Open arms has been amazing to work with. My dad receives their meals during the week. He says they are so fresh and full of flavor. And it’s a different variety every week. It just makes me feel so good that I know he’s getting healthy nutritious meals that he can warm up.”

“Always a great morning at the Alliance Française Petit Déj!”
The first Saturday of every month is such a treat — a lovely light breakfast, great conversation, and the perfect chance to meet new friends and practice your French. The atmosphere is always warm, welcoming, and full of good vibes. A wonderful way to start the weekend! ??☕?”
“the front desk staff is such a great help for all your needs. the classroom teachers are so nurturing to all the kids in the the class. even the teachers just in the hallways are always pleasant and polite and willing to help. They are all so delightful and we look forward to going every week ❤️”
“Such a peaceful & calm place to visit. The staff are very kind and welcoming. The kaffebar has good options for food and drinks. Highly recommend visiting the Norway House!”
“What a cool place- I went to one of the monthly free repair drop ins. Everyone was welcoming and they explained how to fix up the childhood cutting board I had made. Thanks!”
“I recently had the opportunity to take the Power Tools 101 course with Meena and had a great experience! The course taught the fundamentals of planning out a project as well as safety precautions when using woodworking power tools (joiner, table saw, router, jig saw, miter saw, etc.). Meena was amazing and created a very supportive and calm environment for the class which was greatly appreciated.
Additionally, the organization was very accommodating for those with limited mobility and make it a priority to provide access to woodworking for all. For reference, upon registering for a course they offer an opportunity for you to outline any potential areas of accomodation.
I have already registered for another course and look forward to returning!”

“Big shout out to Glenn today for helping me, my wife, and our team get to where we needed to be today. Much appreciated sir. We need more helpful people like you assisting through the Minneapolis Skyway maze!”
“Amazing organization working wonders for those with disabilities. We were so impressed with what they can train dogs to do, and the heartwarming stories of all the lives they have changed. We decided to volunteer to help foster dogs and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff helps make the process very easy. We strongly encourage anyone who loves dogs to learn more about the organization!”
“That fish fry was some of the best fish I've ever eaten, wish I could find it during the rest of the year. The people were really nice and our toddler ate free!”
“Saturday Dec 10th, 2023 Their daily meal special Hot Turkey was the best! Had not played Bingo there in a while and was very disappointed in that they now have a computer instead of Bingo Balls.....just not the same and will not go back.”
“First time volunteering, and it was wonderful. I volunteer with a few other organizations closing the gap on food insecurity in Minnesota. I love being able to help get more food out into the community, everyone deserves a full belly.”
“This place easialy located in nohope mn,and ample parking olympic pool and hot tub ,new exercise equip nice family fun experience free lunch food bag for kids !!! No kids go hungry ...sograb a mealfor a hungry kid and stomp out childhood hunger !!!!”
“This place absolutely ROCKS!
You just never know what you might find as their inventory changes all the time (so go as.often as you can if you're setting up your household!).
What you can ALWAYS count on? GREAT PRICES on whatever you need and stuff you didn't know you needed until you saw it ~ and spent way too much time goofing around with your friends TRYING to figure out what it is!
Almost like A man... Only much more focused ! Lol
Truly, well worth a look, well worth the trip no matter how far you must travel.
And no. I am neither a bot nor paid to review.
I just really like both the logic of the place... Reclamation of old homes vs landfilling them. And the pricing
And the exploring to see and find things I don't recognize!
I learn so much!”
“Depending on what you're looking for, you can find a variety of things. Mostly items that are left behind by students at the end of the school year or semester. furniture clothes etc”
“CAA has been advocating for animals since 1998. Aside from regular fun events and meetups, they also host the enormous Twin Cities VegFest (typically held in September) and organize the Vegan Chef Challenge, which gets restaurants to be creative about adding vegan options. The Twin Cities and Minnesota are fortunate to have CAA thriving and advocating!”

“Great selection! Some of the reviewers here clearly don’t know the effort that goes into not just being a shop, but also PRIMARILY a safe space for many women to gather. Me being a customer comes secondarily to me financially supporting this space.”
“Brilliant classes with equally brilliant and creative classes. I’ve gone from thinking about a book idea to actually creating it thanks to the common sense and creative approach that exists here. I’m more than a little enthusiastic about the mission of The Loft.”
“Father's day open house is always a nice time with the granddaughter. Static displays of old war birds and other aircraft, fire trucks, ambulance, bouncy toys, snow equipment, plane or helicopter rides, waffle breakfast had a line hundreds of people long.”
“Had a very bad car accident, 8 car pile up on 35w.

“i love this studio! one yoga holds a broad selection of class offerings from physically challenging to gentle + restorative. the environment is embracing, supportive, and diverse. it's also located in one of my favorite areas in the twin cities, seward neighborhood. highly recommended for the newest practitioners or those who are well acquainted with the path of all that yoga offers. there are classes, workshops, and events for everyone in their beautiful bohemian environment within the ivy building. be sure to check out the periodic sound bath offerings created by the amazing tamiko french, (a truly transformational experience).”
