“UPDATE: MCR very quickly showed me why they’re so beloved. Within hours, they reached out to me and have gone out of their way to make things right. Anyone quick to critique must also be quick to praise. One-offs happen, and I look forward to giving them more business in the future.
I was thrilled to visit the shop within minutes of opening for an ACG clothing release today. I picked two items off the rack, tried them on in the fitting room, and approached the register. Upon ringing me up, I was informed both items had already been allocated to online orders and that they would not sell them to me. It would seem ~100% of physical inventory was allocated to the website despite the effort made by Nike and MCR on the in-person shopping buildout (a custom facade for the front of the store, signage, etc). If you want to buy something from MCR on its launch day, don’t waste your time going to the store when it opens — Buy it online, because that’s who they cater to. Advice to MCR: Keep online and in-store stock separate for a day, or at least until the afternoon. Inventory management systems mistakes still happen though— Your brick-and-mortar shopper with items in-hand and on-body should supersede online orders 100% of the time. Cancelling an order to someone’s face after they walked all the way into your storefront is wild.”

“HQ located in Ridgedale Center in Minnetonka Minnesota is hands down the coolest sports store to buy Vikings jerseys, other types of paraphernalia for the Minnesota Twins karma golden Gophers, Minnesota Wild and the Timberwolves.
They have replica helmets, jerseys, autographed memorabilia, photos, baseballs, and clothing for adults as well as children just to name a few items that they carry. The owner Shawn is extremely knowledgeable in this area and can help you find whatever you're looking for. It's the perfect place to buy a gift for someone in your life who loves the Minnesota sports teams.
They are also well known for all the autograph events that they have. They bring in celebrities throughout the sports world including players on all the professional sports teams in Minnesota as well as some retired athletes like Brett Favre. They have a calendar of events and it's very easy to be involved and get one of your items signed. I believe they also do photo opportunities along with that.
Fan HQ has also done some cool music events in town including an evening with Lita Ford from the runaways, Ace Frehley of kiss, Tommy Thayer of kiss, Bruce Kulick of kiss and other amazing musicians. If you've never been to the store you need to stop and visit. At the very least find them on socials and follow them for all the incredible events that they host”

“Got new strings and upgrades done on my bow at vapor trail archery,I was told its gonna take a week got it back in a few days instead that's an A+ right there and I didnt have to do any adjustment on my bow thats an A+++ all of the employees know what they are doing. “I very much appreciate having this store so close to our home and the Plymouth Ice Center, where my kids and I skate. I like the point system from purchases, their Wiggle hat selection, the plethora of sticks and gear, lots of apparel, and free sharpening for a year with the purchase of skates. When the year expired in my daughter's last pair of skates, we opted to purchase sharpening for another year for around $65-70 (don't recall exactly) which is a very good deal for someone who plays hockey year round. We also purchased the same deal for my son's skates, who plays hockey most of the year. The service is personable and never pushy. It's an awesome store and I am sure us locals are thrilled to have it nearby.”

Mark O at the Minneapolis 2nd Swing location was smooth, knowledgeable and literally took me through four or five separate upgraded driver options for me to compare to my Taylor Made R1 that has been treating me well. Once down the "the" club, a Ping G425, Mark then tweaked my R1 to better match my swing with five balls each per club. Night and day difference, the Ping G425 wins. Actually was heading straight to the course for a round with the new driver. Happy place. I figured Planet Soccer would be super knowledgeable and couldn't be happier with the decision to go there. Then... I realized... I wasn't supposed to get an Armstrong hat... but an Irondale one. I returned 20mins later; returned the hat with no issue - got a refund. And they called up to a store near Irondale for me to make sure they would have what I was looking for.

“We purchased an Inspire/(Centr) branded M3 Multi-Gym from P3 at this location. We first looked at Johnson Fitness, but the guy there seemed uninterested in helping us (Maple Grove Store) and they didn't have any of the kind of Multi-Gyms we wanted set up (only functional trainers). I've purchased a treadmill and a stationary bicycle from Johnson Fitness in the past, so I don't necessarily have an issue with them, but this time was not so great. Anyway, P3 was a totally different and better experience. Ronn, the Manager of the Brooklyn Park/Maple Grove store, was really great. He was enthusiastic, very responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and not at all pushy in any way. He showed me the various and multiple options for using the gym, and then let me explore it on my own for as long as I cared while he went back to his desk. The showroom is a bit out of the way, but you know why when you get there--it is huge! It's essentially a retail store in a warehouse space.
I am giving P3 a five-star review for two reasons. First, Ronn. Totally great guy. In addition to what I said above, I had a couple of follow up questions after deciding to purchase it and he was quick to respond with thorough information. Second, when we had it delivered and assembled (it is complex--took three guys over three hours to get all the parts in the house and put together), there were a few minor issues (cables with too much slack, etc.). I emailed Ronn about it with a short video clip of my concerns near the end of the work day and within a few minutes he emailed me back letting me know he'd contacted their service department. The next morning, within a couple of minutes after their office opened up, Heather, their scheduler, was on the phone with me letting me know their main delivery and assembly manager, Jeremy, would be coming out that day to tweak things to fix any issues. A few hours later, he was here, worked on it for about 20 minutes, explained all that he had done to make things better, and it now functions perfectly.
This kind of responsiveness is just so rare these days, and P3 knocked it out of the park with being there for my needs. I am very satisfied with the M3 Multi-gym, and with Ronn, Heather, Jeremy and the P3 team. So glad we purchased this from such a great company!”
