“The employees at this UPS Store are outstanding in their service and assistance. They always take care of my requested services quickly and efficiently. I find this to be the case every time I go to this UPS Store as the service is generally excellent.”
“Brad was very helpful and I appreciated the one on one customer service.. A small family owned business and I felt that when I walked in the door with the genuineness.”
“I have been getting my print work from this local company for years. They are amazing! Today I just picked up another order and realized I have never sent in a review to say this!! Thank you for always accommodating our requests and all of the custom orders we have. Today the order was just BEAUTIFUL! We ordered some vinyl signs, posters and a large poster that needed to be altered and they did it all better than perfect!Thank you for your attention to detail always! I am thrilled with the order today (and always)!”

“I want to ensure great employees are recognized & hopefully rewarded. Too many people are only motivated by revenge or a bad experience; NOT the case here- These guys are always so helpful and positive. A pleasure to use the store because of the staff!”
“I was curious and was reading a few reviews as this is my local store. I’m shocked, I think this place offers great service, they’ve gone above and beyond for me. As far as UPS stores in Eagan, this is the best one by far. Thanks for always making my experience positive. All the best.”
“Krishna and Alex were so awesome I showed up 15 min before close on a Saturday with 14 40lb boxes and they absolutely saved my day. They were so fast friendly and kind, thank you guys so much!!!”
“The gentleman who helped us (his name was Jeff) was amazing! He came out to look at how much we had for shredding in boxes in the car. Then Jeff helped us bring it all in. He was so polite, with his arms full he still held the door open for ME! They could do 70 pounds of shredding and were so helpful in getting it all done for us.”

“I had a large box (coffee table) to return. Amazon was going to charge me $300 in shipping, which was more than I paid for the table. The guy at the counter gave me a number to call at Amazon and they straightened everything out. I wish that I could remember his name. He was very helpful and friendly!”
“This place is always busy but Ashti took the time and answered all our questions when it came to getting a PO Box. She had to check with her manager about a coupon and even he got back to her right away. Excellent service!!”
