But they couldn't help me when I arrived. I rescheduled with CPR. They expected me. They were kind and prompt. They didn't make it seem like I was a hassle to them as a non-buying customer. They did amazing work on the device with super fast turn time. They set clear expectations, AND took care of all of my needs and concerns.
