“Exceptional Team- Excellent Service
It's Saturday morning and right after the store opens my mom, my sister, my wife, and myself (4 people) all show up looking to trade in phones.
José and Quan- two employees were our knights in T-Mobile uniforms. They both took us through the entire process of answering questions about plans and prices, selecting phones, swapping sims, and setting up the new phones which in my case took much longer over the course of 2-3 hours without stopping once or complaining.
Their energies were positive, relaxed, and friendly. They were helpful and polite, allowing everyone to take a deep breath and enjoy the morning despite the tedium of digital documents and such.
The ambient music, store lighting, and smooth workflow José and Quan had were just right for us as customers.
It felt like no matter what we threw at them, they could take it in stride. José especially was so nice I actually wanted to become his friend. That's pretty rare, even for an outgoing person such as myself.
Stop by and enjoy a good group of people at this T-Mobile.

I now have 2 phone lines for the next 3 years, free Netflix and HBO for a year, and I am paying $30 less per month compared to what I was paying. “This is an in store T-Mobile kiosk near the front of the store. Not able to notice this easily on Google maps but it is inside.
Good location to start a plan or do things in person with your account. This location does NOT have a large inventory or any home Internet devices. Go to an actual T-Mobile store for those.
Great location for basic things or getting a new plan. Very friendly staff when I asked them questions. Good experience overall but 1 star off because there was no way to know this was not a fully stocked location and could confuse people.”
