“Our salesperson, Sam, was truly a living example of superb customer service.We had several issues with the update procedures for our new phones; issues caused entirely by our previous service provider.Throughout the nearly 3.5 hour process, Sam was always positive and courteous, never making negative comments about our previous service provider.He made multiple phone calls (including a 30 minute conference call with two customer service reps from different companies) to solve the problems that we had.If you could clone Sam, you could take over the world!”

“So, I had to hang out in this particular store for a bit until my friend got done working and came to pick me up. First impression of this store is positive: It is well stocked, clean, and easy to find things due to the fact that it is so tidy and of course, SUPER. I specifically enjoyed the Starbucks cafe that was connected to the store; the ladies who were working that day were very friendly and made me one of the best iced caramel machiatto's that I have ever had! In the Target store itself, I was impressed by the Ulta Beauty section and was able to find what I was looking for. Since I had the extra time I took a lap around the store and everything looked great! I came from the Twin Cities and am now living in a rural area near Savage and I can honestly say that it makes me so happy to see a store that is clean! I don't get to Savage often, but when I do I definitely plan on returning to this particular store. Thanks so much ya'all!”
