Later, when I realized that the pin I provided was threaded, I asked him for a solution for ease in taking the rack on and off. He reamed out the bar on the rack to make it work nicely. He did a very impressive job. Thanks!”
“Wow! All I can say is WOW! The best customer service I have ever seen @uhaul. I had reserved the wrong size truck and needed to get a bigger one. I was sent to the Burnsville location because it was the only one that had the 26 foot truck.
When I arrived, he met me at the front door, very professional he sat me down and apologized for having to come to Burnsville and he immediately took care of what needed to be done. He got the truck I needed at the right price and got me on my way.
