“I rented a 50 foot towable boom lift on 7/14/26. Everyone was super responsive and eager to help. The maintenance guy on duty was amazing- he drove and met as the e-brake got pulled on the trailer and I was stuck on the side of the road with no tools. I was fixed up and able return the trailer with no damage and they were able to work with me as I did exceed the 4 hour rental window. I recommend this place to rent any/all your tools. Thanks 🙏”

I had a complicated issue with a return and the computer system would not allow them to do what a different manager had approved. Brian stepped in and did what any understanding leader should have done. He listened (not something many leaders do) and made a decision. He did the right thing.”
