“They had a lot of their name brand clothing locked to the clothing rack.. So every time I wanted something like a pair of Nike spandex shorts or t-shirt, I had to have an employee unlock it for me just to even try it on.. I mean I get that retail theft is a huge issue in our country, but this just seems a little redundant. I would think most people would attempt to steal or conceal items while in the fitting rooms. There was no employee there checking how many items you go in with vs how many you come out with.”

“Extremely helpful for the really tall Eric‘s Help at the Carver location. It was our first time at the store and we were a little lost and overwhelmed with how extremely huge it is. He chauffeured us around the store and threw other departments beyond his own to find all of the stuff we were there to get. He is a very patient kind employee.”

If you’re shopping for a suit at JCPenney, I highly recommend Rebecca. She helped me twice, first with finding the right size, then with my return. She’s attentive and even pointed me to the elevator when she saw my baby stroller.
Ask for Ron if you need help with shirts. He got me a perfect fit when I wasn’t sure on sizing.
Leland is the person you want for suit fittings. He’s detail-oriented, patient, and caught a color mismatch between the jacket and pants that I completely missed. He also knows the accessories well, he showed us reversible belts and helped pick out a dress for my daughter that matches my husband’s suit.
And Ken at checkout is great and also got us registered. He’s polite and takes care to package everything nicely.

“This store is absolutely amazing. They have everything you could possibly need for any type of animal except reptile/fish. They have a ton of stuff for hunting and everything you could possibly need for outdoors. They have a large clothing, selection, shoe collection and a nice clearance area. The customer experience is unmatched. I walked in the door and was welcomed with some breakfast samples. Then I noticed free popcorn for customers, which was awesome. They also had a caramel apple station which was also free. Then on our way out after a few hours, we were able to get free hotdogs. I went didn’t expecting to spend maybe five dollars and ended up spending over 70 because of how awesome this place and because of the great deals!”

“Went in for the viral clear inflatable chair, asked a worker if they had any and was told if they had it, it would be on the shelf. Moments later, the same worker said he would go check in the back. No luck, but i really appreciate the time to go look in the back. As i was leaving he was opening up boxes for restocking and he showed me an even better product (an actual clear chair for stuffies). Jason went above and beyond and 100% deserves to be recognized for being nice, polite, and displaying overall what retail/customer service is all about. Definitely the best Five Below location ?”

“This is a fantastic target. They have everything you would like they have a Starbucks coffee, liquor store, pharmacy and a great deli. The store is very well laid out and it is super clean. Customer service is very good. The weird thing about the store is the parking lot is extremely full but when you’re inside the store, there is plenty of room and you don’t feel like it is overcrowded in relation to the amount of cars in the parking lot. Their self checkout is super convenient and easy.”
“It was good. Not what I expected when I first walked in some people were telling at each other from inside and outside the store. Other than that it was clean in the aisles, it has a different layout than others I've been to so I was going back and forth, customers and customer support was very helpful. And it's within 5 mins of Costco's, restaurants, and gas stations”
