“Alex at Verizon is the best!! My son lost his Apple Watch recently. Alex helped me file a claim to replace his watch. When my new watch arrived two days later, back to the store I went. Alex helped me active the new watch and resync all his data. Highly recommend requesting to work with Alex!!!”
“Bennett & Quinn were very helpful, knowledgeable, and had nothing but patience as I needed a new phone late Sunday afternoon. They were VERY busy, but they balanced all their customers with kindness, humor, and poise. They answered every question I had, even addressed some problems I was having with my Apple Watch & previous phone settings. They set up my new phone, fixed all my previous setting issues, and re-synced my watch to my phone. A+ service would recommend them, after just one visit!”
“My wife and I were on an old ATT plan that we could continue to be grandfathered on, but neither of our phones were working well (my wife's was basically bricked at this point). Spencer got us switched over to a better plan and had to jump through some hoops to make the switch. We both got new phones and Spencer helped us get the transfer process started, but empowered us to finish it on our own. Spencer was clearly very knowledgeable and was very easy to work with. I would 100% come back to this specific store just to have him help us out in the future.”

We have also discussed the scams out there. What to be careful on with the warnings that show up on my cell. When you need you need use caution. If there are concerns check with them first.
I have been with AT&T since 1966 because of the reliability of their workers in emergency situations and non emergency. The employees always cared.

“I never write reviews but these guys are amazing. And I mean ALL of them. Went there a little less than a month ago to switch onto a plan instead of T mobile and got lots of great input on devices, potential deals etc. Decided the phone I got then wasn't for me and spent an hour on the phone with customer service to try and get my issue resolved, but failed in the end. Decided to go into the store and see what they could do and they got me all set up with a new device. While my data was transferring I think every single person working checked on me at some point. “So far have had good experiences at this Apple Store. I took my Mac in for a screen repair. They did not have the right screen at the store and ordered it for me, which took about a week to come in.
They told me it would be a week to repair the screen on my laptop and will let me know when it’s done. I’m hoping for sooner :)
