The manager was very cooperative when I explained and showed him the issue on the casing. I have gone to this store for years and made many purchases. The staff has always been very professional and courteous. It is always very neat and clean.”

Due to the tech difficulties I was experiencing, I did not make an Apple genus appointment. The employee who greeted me, Gabe, was extremely helpful. He scheduled with me with their tech support and while I waited for my appointment slot, he helped to troubleshoot the transfer issue.
