“Nice location. Decent selections. Has a little of everything. Typical office stuff like printers, scanners, notebooks and writing utensils. Also has moving supplies, storage bins, computers, bags and a screens. Has some random stuff you wouldn't think would be there like Ester bottles and Keurig stuff.”

Nick meticulously got all the nasty flecks and lines out of my printed page, and I was back up and running faster than I could have gotten the parts online, and with a more elegant result. He taught me what to look for so I can prevent the problem again, how to fix it myself if I ever needed to, and even what to ask someone else if I ever wanted to get the parts elsewhere. Well worth the drive to Fridley!”

“Needed printer ink, found a very knowledgeable associate that helped me find the correct cartridge. So knowledgeable in fact that i decided to purchase a game controller for me new TV, he helped me find the right one, compatible with my TV and with the type of games I play (racing). All in all it was a very pleasant and expedient visit.”
“Even when busy, my appointment time at the Genius Bar is honored. After I check in, the longest I’ve ever waited to have a technician help me is fifteen minutes. (Recommended to always make an appointment through the Apple Store app.) Technicians are always spot-on in diagnosing the problem and solving it for you. I take all my Apple devices to the Genius Bar if I run into a problem I cannot solve. They treat me as knowledgeable and don’t try to up-sale me on the latest products. They really care that your Apple device works well for you.”
“I went in yesterday to buy a network switch and a few other computer related things- a gentleman named Stacey helped. So polite, answered all my questions, and was very personable. The entry staff was also helpful and tried to point me in the right direction to find what I wanted. The store seemed clean and organized- not sure why all the bad reviews but I definitely felt good going into this store and left with a smile on my face.”
