Due to the tech difficulties I was experiencing, I did not make an Apple genus appointment. The employee who greeted me, Gabe, was extremely helpful. He scheduled with me with their tech support and while I waited for my appointment slot, he helped to troubleshoot the transfer issue. Ultimately, Gabe was able to resolve the issue before my appointment time started.”
