I was unsure if I needed a new bike as the bike did not shift properly and rode strangley. As a customer, it would have been easy to steer me toward a new bike.
Nick listened, proposed new wheels and drivetrain. He was patient and brought his own bike in and let me ride it. This allowed me to understand the point of the upgrades. Nick owned the build end to end. It was a fun process.

“Fantastic neighborhood bike shop. I purchased a Specialized Turbo Vado e-bike this spring from the B-C. The crew was super knowledgeable and helpful when I was learning about the bike. The bike, which is the best purchase I've made in a long time, did need a repair recently (a rare issue for these bikes). The team at B-C got right to work on the bike, kept me updated, and ultimately fixed the issue. Strongly recommend this bike shop.”

“The team at Trailhead did a great job helping me find the right bike for my needs! I came in with a few questions over my lunch break and they let me try out a bunch of different kinds of bikes. I never felt pressured to buy, they didn't make me feel silly for not knowing certain things about the bikes, they just answered my questions and gave me the best options available.
When I wanted to buy but didn't have a way to get it home that day, they informed me of their free delivery service and had it in my driveway a few hours later! It was great customer service and an all-around great experience.”

“Excellent service! So knowledgeable, helpful, and nice! We got a yearly bike check up and it was very inexpensive and really gave us the peace of mind knowing my older bike was in good to ride for commuting. Also tried on helmets and the sales person was really nice and helped us pick a great one with a light on the back. Got the helmet and back tire bike rack for a great price.
We also rented a Uhaul there recently and had a great experience with using that service too.
