“I had an appointment yesterday and I arrived about 5 minutes early. I was greeted by someone right away and even started my appointment a couple minutes early. I had my 17 month old with me and my banker, Arturo, was very patient and kind with him. He asked if he could have a lollipop and when I declined, he found a little toy on his desk to give to my son and it made him very happy, which made things much easier for me. Arturo went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable, kind, personable and helpful. I have been dealing with a lot of crabby customer service all over lately, so this experience was a breath of fresh air. It is amazing how a little kindness goes a long way! I hope Arturo sees this and Thank you again!”
“The customer service at this bank is amazing. Banker, Rheasa Otto, was incredibly kind and helpful. She made what could have been an intimidating bank visit, a pleasant time! :)”

“What a beautiful place to go for any money transfers. The music and the staff are so pleasant. I think this is the place to go for any transfers, not the big stores, COME HERE FIRST!”
